1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Decode Her ("the Service"), operated by Redpill Coach LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Decode Her provides automated relationship coaching and guidance available 24/7. The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. The guidance provided does not constitute professional counseling, therapy, or legal advice.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions

Free users get 3 free uses in total across the Service. Unlimited access requires a paid subscription: $4.99 per week, $9.99 per month, or $39.99 per year. There is no free trial. You are charged when you subscribe, and your subscription renews automatically at the same price each period until you cancel. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or abuse others, or to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer

The guidance provided by Decode Her is automated and is not a substitute for professional advice. Use the Service at your own discretion. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decode Her and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
